BREN series is a brominated phenol novolac type epoxy resin used as a reactive flame retardant.
Compared to general tetrabromobisphenol A type epoxy resin (ETBA), it has a higher thermal decomposition temperature and higher heat resistance, so it is used for applications such as substrates and encapsulants that require long-term reliability.
