XD-1000 series is an epoxy resin with a tricyclodecane structure, which is a bulky cyclic hydrocarbon.  In its cured product, it is a material that imparts properties such as high heat resistance, low water absorption, and toughness. It is also known as a resin with a relatively low dielectric constant and excellent electrical reliability.
